My first room had dog poop stains on the floor, some items in the room were broken I took pictures for my protection. I told the man clerk at the counter,he switched us across the hall that a couple had just vacated, well the bed closes to the air conditioning union had bed bugs,it bit me good but I killed it I know I won't be letting Allstate Renters Insurance send me there again. Also I enjoyed the light breakfast that goes extremely fast,if you don't get there early.Nice touch, but not enough for me to come back.

We stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Flint, Michigan, for three nights in June while attending an event (Mott Million Dollar Challenge). It was a busy weekend, and the hotel provided a super clean, welcoming, and comfortable place for families to relax in between activities. The atmosphere was lovely and aesthetic, the food was good, the movie room and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. What stood out most, though, was the staff. You truly get to know a hotel and its people when things are not happening at the most convenient or regular hours. During a typical daytime check-in, almost every place can seem pleasant. To make matters worse, the hotel attempted to keep my security deposit saying it was to many people in the two rooms which was only 6 people in the room that stayed over night i had two queen beds in one room and the other a king bed with a pull out bed but the other 3 guest that was at the room had left just came to swim. The next day i left the room very clean trying to make things easier for housekeeping and they decide to keep my money During our stay, my niece's tablet also went missing. When I called the front desk to report it, I was told no one could find it. However, after I sent my niece's uncle to the hotel in person, the tablet was suddenly "found." This situation was very concerning and left us questioning how the item could not be located until someone arrived in person. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The hot tub was not working, there was no water in it, and there was chipped paint and electrical cords lying around, creating a serious tripping hazard. There was also vomit in the pool while swimming, making it unsafe and
